Can I bring my child?

I would prefer you take a few hours for yourself to get out of mom-mode, relax, and unwind. The salon is big, but my room is not. If you have a short (less than 2 hrs) appointment and you need to bring your little one, I would love to see them! If you have a longer appointment scheduled, it becomes unfair to you, your child, and the other salon guests. I promise, even the most well-behaved kiddos get restless after an hour or two.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

This is the most unsexy part of my job, but let's be real for a second. I am a single mother and this is my full-time career. This is how I keep a roof over my head and lights on. I only get paid when there's a butt in my chair. I understand there are circumstances that are out of our control, and I always try to work with people when the unexpected occasionally happens. But, friend, the unexpected doesn't happen to you every time you have a hair appointment booked. That being said:I require 48 hours for cancellations. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, you will have to pay a cancellation fee of up to 50% of your expected service total before re-booking with me. Repeated cancellations, even given with more than 48 hours notice, will be charged the same. I offer a 15 minute grace period. If you no-show, you will have to pay a no-show fee of up to 100% of your expected service total before re-booking with me.

REFUNDSI do not offer refunds. ADJUSTMENTSIf you are unhappy with your color or extensions, please let me know before you leave the salon. If you get home and notice something we didn't catch in the salon, please contact me ASAP. I offer complimentary adjustments if you notify me within 7 days of your appointment. CHANGES OF MINDIf you got home and your husband says he doesn't like your hair, tell him exactly this, "well that's too bad, because I used YOUR credit card to pay for it, and I LOVE IT!" If you wait a day and decide you don't want to be a redhead after all, I'm happy to take you back blonde at regular price. Imagine going to a steakhouse and you order a medium rare steak. You eat that steak, you pay, you tip, you leave happy and full. Then when you get home, the fullness wears off, and you think to yourself, "I actually would've preferred that steak medium. I think I'll ask for a refund." TL:DR - REFUNDS = NO. ADJUSTMENTS = COMPLIMENTARY WITHIN 7 DAYS. CHANGE YOUR MIND = FULL PRICE.
